American Idol CD Release Dates

According to Entertainment Weekly  this fall is going to be busy for Idol Cd releases. Clay Aiken’s  anticipated CD “A Thousand Different Ways” is scheduled to be released September 19th. Season two winner - Ruben Suddard releases his R&B Cd “The Return” October 17th. Kellie Pickler is the first of this year’s Idol Top 10 to release her CD. “Small Town Girl” will hit the stores Halloween – October 31st. Fantasia, winner of Season 3, will release her CD November 14th the same day Taylor Hicks debut CD is out. Taylor hasn’t even started recording yet and last I read hadn’t even picked all of the tracks for his new project.  Runner-up Idol – Katharine McPhee has yet to announce a release date although November is mentioned.  This year’s Top 10 contestants Elliot Yamin, Buckey Covington, Ace Young and Paris Bennett all have CD’s coming out in the near future.  Season 4 contestants Constantine and Anthony Fedorov both have CD’s to be released early 2007. The battle of the Idols has begun!
